Thirty years of vocational ministry, most of it spent turning vision into working systems.

I've served as a Discipleship Pastor, a Senior Pastor, and a Regional Team Leader in overseas missions, directing cross-cultural field operations across international lines. I led a staff of 20 alongside hundreds of volunteers, grew one church's ministry budget by 400%, and equipped more than 50 churches to build discipleship pathways that actually multiply.

That range points to the same pattern, whether the setting is a local discipleship pathway, a cross-cultural field team, or a nonprofit back office. I step into complexity, build clarity, and align the people around it. I also help churches connect outreach and discipleship into a single pathway that carries someone from first contact into lasting transformation.
